Well, he made a Federal case out of finding out who owns the website and they denied him. Now he filed for and received a subpoena in Maricopa County:

My ugly and other people’s ugly experiences with Paul cover items such as:
Verbal harassment to tear down a pre-existing and decent shed, just because it was close to his project and he said he didn't like it.
Verbal threats that he would shove in a 40B project into the neighborhood if the objecting neighbors wouldn't back off on minimizing his trying to cram his "McMansions" and obscenely grotesque project into the small and poor lot.
Sending his crying wife to the police in attempt to harass neighbors that he felt threatened by email objections to his grossly negligent project.
Otherwise, his bantering and verbal abuses in public town meetings, dirty looks and plain lies about his proposed projects just add up to him being an all-around disgrace to those who call themselves "Developers".

Developers, Home Builders.....do you know how many of them are con artists? I know I am standing up for myself and this guy is listed as a member of LLC, they don't have to list an owner, why? If you do stand up to them, you get harassment, threats but somehow they turn them around on you! Amazing isn't it? The mind games are the worst.....somehow most of them know all the loop holes in the law and use them against you. I guess the saying is true "money talks" what a sad group of humans MOST of us have become.....hang in there and NEVER SURRENDER, NEVER GIVE UP (from a silly movie but serves a point) LOL

He owed us money and told us he would pay then he said the check was in the mail. He then said that he would pay and would want us to look at other projects. We didn't bite at the "other" projects and still did not get paid.

Justice will bring it all out in good time and then everyone will see his skeletons. Until then, things are best left working in the background for reasons you likely know. If you are or were on the receiving side of one of the many McMann McScams, you'd be included in a class action. Otherwise, move along.

I looked him and his business's up on www.masslandrecords.com in southern Middlesex county and Suffolk County. Is it regular business practice for a lawyer and subcontractors to put on attachments or liens for payment?

It is common if you don't pay the lawyers and subcontractors-like you saw on the website. That is one of many things that happened with my issues with McMann.

I had the bad luck of working for this man for a short time. In all of my time in the trades I have never seen thing go on like with this company. I have seen multiple subs come and go all of them getting screwed, and some are still trying to get money from him. There is a list six feet long according to the police of people who are suing him in court. His new company name is First commonwealth Ventures his office has been moved from his house in weston to just off highland ave in Needham

Unfortunately, this is what happens when you having dealings with him. You are forced to hire an attorney to gt any type of satisfaction. I know a ton of good attorneys if you want names.

All this is great. It allows people to get an idea of McMann's bad personal character and "business" strategies. It is like he was a professor in this stuff. I'd love to see his Karma rap sheet.
One important thing that I get out of it is, not to ever try to be in close proximity of the guy. Because either you can get screwed if you are not aware of his tactics or you'll get burned from hot ashes spewed all over you when God strikes him down.

i worked for paul. he never screwd me. but i saw everyone he screwed over. and the forman ron smokes mad pxx. he told me and i have seen him. i also hurd a romur he smokes another dxxx...but i am not sure that is a fact. he rips every contracter off. he does really bad work. i left a long time ago after it was clear to me i was going to get screwed one day or another. when i worked there i saw 10 electrions and he ows them all money. i run into guys all the time that say he owes them money. he sucks as a man. a ------- (his ---- wanted 2 get a -------) a contracter and a human being
